Job description

In your new role you will:

• Global BE MRP community lead - Drive material management strategy, harmonize and optimize the material planning processes across sites
• Understand the details of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), to ensure stabilization for overall BE
• Manage the stability indicators for BE MRP
• Cascading and coordination of new features, releases, knowledge, guidelines to key users
• Collaborate & share expertise of business frameworks or solutions across sites.
• Lead improvement projects. To ensure that MRP control is enforced through the application of all relevant MRP procedures and approaches within Infineon.
• Involves implementation of processes, monitoring of KPIs, and implementation of changes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Economics / Information Technology or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge in planning for manufacturing processes, especially in Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Good knowledge in Supply Chain systems and tools, preferably in SAP environment
• Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
• Strong behaviour to strive for excellence and excellent attitude to team up for best results.
