Job description

In your new role you will:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of complex digital circuits and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, specifications, and performance goals
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Conduct thorough design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Optimize designs for power, performance, and area (PPA)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent background with specific knowledge in microelectronic devices
• At least 5+ years of practical experience in Digital Design for IP/SoC development or v erification and integration of digital and mixed signal IPs in subystems/SoCs
• Solid knowledge of industry-standard digital interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C,CAN, LIN)
• Architecture experience with CPU subsystems (e.g. ARM, Risc-V)
• Expertise to ensure HDL code quality (e.g. Linting, CDC, DFT)
• Understanding of the interaction and dependencies of different IP/SoC development steps (RTL coding, linting, CDC, DFT, synthesis,timingconstraints, STA, verification, etc.)
• Interest in the adjacent disciplines, especially Digital Functional Verification, Firmware, Component Verification and understanding of their needs
• Good knowledge of scripting languages like Perl or Python
• Knowledge of Requirements Management (tools like Jama or Doors) as well as ARM Cortex-M would be a plus
• Fluent English language skills, German would be an advantage
