In your new role you will:
Companywide procurement of Spare parts, Consumables and Maintenance Services for semiconductor production equipment for all our Frontend-production sites Asia, Europe and USA.In detail the following areas of activity are contained in this position:
- Strategic supplier selection and - improvement
- Negotiation lead for key procurement activities / Cost down initiatives in close cooperation with technical experts and individual site Procurement representatives
- Negotiation of procurement contracts / volume agreements / logistics contracts with key suppliers
- Procurement market analysis and best practice sharing among our manufacturing facilities
- Functional cooperation with the respective buyers at the production sites
- Key member in cross functional teams for cost reduction/product improvement programs
- Activity and result reporting
- Usage of state-of-the art negotiation processes and procurement tools(e-auctions, TCO, game theory.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- University / University of applied sciences / University of cooperative education: Bachelor / Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering required
- Education as industrial technologist desired
