In your new role you will:
- Drive the quotation processes, define evaluation criteria, identify and select suppliers, execute the evaluation process, refine and validate sourcing and purchasing options, manage buy-in of business unit leaders
- Conduct benchmarking and overall market assessment aligned with customer’s requirements and in compliance with global and regional indirect procurement strategies
- Execute the awarding procedures, such as requisitions and Purchasing Orders
- Identification of internal users’ needs and specification building/alignment for products and services
- Drive contract negotiations with users, legal and suppliers
- Supplier base data management & Savings monitoring and tracking
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in Indirect Procurement
- Relevant experience in SAP , Ariba or other tools is preferred
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel ,Word and Power Point
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated and able to manage own work-load to achieve targets set by self or others
