Job description

In your new role you will:

• Ensure that the business travel processes in Germany runs smoothly, considering specified global standards (travel booking, payment, accounting)
• Monitor key figures and derive and implement corrective measures (e.g. communication and training requirements) and support the definition of system changes
• Accompany change processes by applying suitable mean of communication to relevant target groups (e.g. intranet, newsletter).
• Collaborate in cross-functional projects, e.g. with HR, accounting, IT and takeover of smaller sub-projects
• Contribute in the revision of the local travel policy, ensuring the implementation of legal framework conditions in all documents, coordination in committees, e.g. works council
• Act as escalation level and 2nd level support

This position is part time and limited for 24 months

Your Profile

In doing so, you succeed not only in reliably completing current tasks, but also in recognizing future requirements at an early stage - and then taking the initiative to proactively deal with them. In doing so, you show the highest level of commitment at all times and take responsibility for your tasks.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration or similar with focus on Tourism/ Finance/ Human Resources
• Ideally first professional experience, graduates are welcome
• First experience in process design, monitoring and optimization
• Good in analyze and evaluate data
• Knowledge of travel management systems (e.g. Concur) / accounting basics
• Excellent knowledge of German and English combined with outstanding communication skills
