As a Spare Parts Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shinagawa, Japan, you will be responsible for supporting service sales for Spare Parts enquiry. Ensuring the entire customer supply process, implementation and execution, in order to achieve a high level of service quality, operational efficiency, on time delivery, order growth and customer satisfaction. The local legal entity of this position is ABB K.K.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the product/system/service development process from project specification to product/system/service launch.
• Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of Spare Parts associated to new products/systems/services.
• Collaborating with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participating in determining sales targets for sales force.
• Collaborating to define marketing plans in order to promote sales activities.
• Cooperating to embed Spare Parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers.
• Contributing to develop and maintain Spare Parts back-end costs repositories and front-end e-commerce tools
• Contributing to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations

Your background

• JLPT N1 level of Japanese and business level of English
• Open mind/ communication, rapport building and interpersonal skills
• Communication & Coordination skill
