Support our amazing F&B Operations team in all areas – Coordination of F&B projects, support hotel F&B operations and corporate F&B initiatives. Focus on Administration, Documentation and Control, Travel and Diary Coordination, Maintaining Trackers and Templates.
- Support to deliver the F&B projects and strategy across Continental Europe and EMEA
- Supporting the Regional F&B Operations Continental Europe team with the execution of F&B initiatives and projects
- Supporting the local hotel F&B teams within Continental Europe region
- Coordination and updating of Continental Europe F&B communications platforms: Email, Webexes, Sharepoint, Teams
- Create and design visual presentations for regional calls and meetings
- Maintaining department correspondence and files
- Supporting communication to hotel teams on latest initiatives through one-pagers or email comms
- Ensure initiatives are commercially focused and drive profitability
- Ensure F&B programmes are market leading to provide a compelling and relevant offer for our guests
- Disciplined and systematic communication with a large array of high-profile stakeholders
- Preparation of notes, minutes, presentations and reports for departmentalor business meetings
- Maintenance and development of project management tools and templates
- Project management - Maintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time
- Providing administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements and drafts of correspondence
- Raising and processing invoices
- Collect and share regional content for Monthly F&B newsletter
- Mantain updated Continental Europe distribution list and email contact lists
- Running and analysing reports of key KPIs (guest satisfaction, financials, etc.)
- Support on organizing and coordinating EMEA and regional conferences, meeting and tradeshows across our region
- Support Sr. Director of F&B Development, Openings and Operations and Directors F&B Operations on the development and success of masterplans and new openings across Continental Europe
- Open to travel for business purpose across Continental Europe (30/40% travel time yearly)

Experience and or training in one or all:
- Food and Beverage (F&B) front and back of house operations
- F&B Pre-opening
- Project Management
- Large dynamic matrix organizations
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality / Business Degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management qualifications - bonus
- PC self-sufficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint as a minimum) – Independent
- Has worked in multi-cultural environment
