Senior Delivery Leader

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·         Establish strong relationships with onshore Business Process Owners. Support and advise them in all aspects regarding Credit Control and Policy Management for Europe, UK and Ireland and US .

·       Work together with onshore process owners, Middle Office and other segment’s operations representative in establishing best practice and operational excellence.

·       Drive and establish a coherent, standardized and reliable framework for performance measurement for all operational activities. Monitor performance metrics (quality, capacity utilization, turnaround time, accuracy, etc…), report accurately towards onshore business owners, and identify and implement required actions.

·       Process Performance and Process Improvements – Quality Assurance issue identification and resolution. Critical backlog management

·       Lead the solution designing and implementation of key process improvement initiatives and projects based on customer/business need.

·       Ensuring good relation and dialogue between ESS locations

·       Exchange of information & communication between Middle Office and Enterprise Support Service Offices

·       Escalation management – Process relationship and System issues. Partner with transitions to manage transition related issues.

·       Attract, develop and retain talent across the team by cross-training, internal job rotation and selected onshore assignments for key staff. Further strengthen the Middle Management team by providing growth opportunities and by identifying and enabling opportunities and synergies across the teams

·       Coach and mentor managers and key colleagues within Poland

·       Ensure governance and compliance with AXA XL internal rules, regulations and policies.

·       Actively engage with Customers to understand and drive Continuous Improvement.

You will report to Head of Insurance Operations – Managed Services.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

·       15 years’ experience, preferably in the insurance, banking, technology industry, in operations, project and process management, outsourcing in leading and implementation of various initiatives, preferably in BFSI in a matrix structure.

·       Ability to think beyond own area of direct responsibility and consider broader implications on downstream process.

·       Analytical skills and ability to work independently and under own initiative.

·       Relationship management with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners.

·       Leadership: Demonstrates managerial skills, coaches, trains, sets expectations and holds people accountable for execution.

·       Strong business acumen

·       Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities

·       Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility

·       Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objective

·       Fluent in MS Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Visio.

·       Strategic and creative thinker

·       Compelling communication skills.

·       Innovator and good influencing skills.

·       Approachable and able to relate across all business lines.

·       Work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Master of Science degree preferably in business management, finance or related discipline.

·       Potential for international travel; 20-40%.
