Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will support the Sales organization and customers through organization of key events, brand positioning, Chanel Partners support and the proposal process by preparing tender requirements of the applied products and technology, determining costs and preparing final documentation as an administrative resource in the assigned area. In this role you will be integrated in our Sales Support team.

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Organizes ABB contribution to key events such as trade exhibitions, conferences and fairs.
• Develops and organizes customer seminars and employee meetings/team buildings/events.
• Responsible for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
• Responsible for supporting Channel Partners in a field of branding and marketing.
• Responsible for ordering and branding of advertising collateral materials.
• Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
• Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
• Prepares and checks technical articles for publication.
• Participates in customer visits during their visits to local factory site.
• Prepares product presentations in coordination with Marketing Manager.
• Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service-related training.
• Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
• Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree
• Desirable work experience on similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Serbian language – highly proficient in both spoken and written Serbian
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Driver's license B
• Experience in SAP and Salesforce will be considered as an advantage.
