Sales Support Engineer_Automation

Located in our Metamorphossis premises, you will be reporting to Sales Support/Tender & Quotation Manager and support our Sales & Service Process Automation team. In this role, your strong technical knowledge in setting up Automation Systems and your organization skills, will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms.
• Translating customer needs in solutions based on ABB products and system’s Portfolio.
• Utilizing relevant platforms for preparing financial offers.
• Supporting sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
• Contributing to the identification and development of new solutions in collaboration with the wider Sales team.

Your background

• University Degree in Automation or other Engineering fields or other Bachelor’s Degree with experience in relevant products and automation systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of ABB products or experience in relevant market (industry, refineries, energy) will be a plus.
• Excellent command of Greek & English language.
• Strong Computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
