Global Sales Support Engineer

As a Global Sales Support Engineer at ABB Oy, IEC LV Motors in Vaasa you will be working as a member of the Global Customer Support (GCS) team giving technical support to sales units in the field of IEC low voltage motors. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to quotations and required documentation. In order to be able to successfully collaborate with different stakeholders you will need fluent English and Finnish skills.Reporting to the GCS Manager you will support local and Global Sales units by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions. Your responsibilities

• Providing technical and commercial support to both global and local sales teams and customers, including advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions
• Responding to inquiries related to quotations and required documentation
• Collaborating with the factory organization and other relevant stakeholders both locally and globally
• Performing diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customer needs

Your background

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree in Electrical Engineering
• Some work experience in the field or from working in an industrial/technology company
• A collaborative and solution-focused approach to work
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Motivation and enthusiasm towards working in a global environment
• Fluency in Finnish and English
