The Sales Specialists in our team have a key role in effectively implementing the defined sales strategy in specified market scope to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations.Based in Metamorphossi, Greece, you will report to the Sales Manager, and you will use your experience and drive to build enduring Customer relationships through excellent service.
Your responsibilities
- Support sales strategy within the assigned local scope (ABB Distribution Solutions products/systems) to achieve sales targets in a profitable way.
- Establish and maintain effective and positive Customer relationships - understand their needs, promote their understanding of ABB’s product/system offering and align with them to provide solutions.
- Prepare sales plans and bids on-time, ensuring technical and financial accuracy in line with ABB’s strategy (delivery time, payments, general terms and conditions). Monitor the status and follow-up accordingly.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to Customers.
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities working together with the wider sales team.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Your background
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role
- Sound knowledge of ABB products portfolio or experience in relevant market will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- Strong Computer literacy - knowledge of CRM systems (preferably SAP, Salesforce)
- A proven ability to develop and manage Customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
