Based in Metamorphossi, Greece, you will report to the Product Marketing Manager & you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying and supporting customer needs, helping them improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions while giving your work a powerful sense of purpose.
Your responsibilities
- Technical Support for clients mainly via telephone for EV Chargers
- Preparing sales plans and offers, organizing relevant documentation ensuring technical and financial accuracy for tendering processes.
- Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team for our EV Charging & UPS solutions.
Your background
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or other network related studies
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Sales Support (not a prerequisite but will be taken into consideration)
- Knowledge of ABB products or experience in EV Charging/UPS market will be considered a plus
- Excellent command of Greek & English language
- Strong Computer literacy - knowledge of programming languages, SAP and Salesforce will be considered an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
