We’re looking for an experienced People and Culture Consultant(m/f/x) to join a dynamic team at one of our partner companies in Berlin to support and directly impact their clients' ability to recognise and develop their potential.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll collaborate with their clients’ organisational leaders to align HR strategies with their overall business objectives. We’re looking for someone to bring their expertise and insights in a wide variety of People and Culture topics to address HR challenges and drive organisational success.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on a wide range of transformation, HR and organisational development topics including (and not limited to) talent management, leadership, company culture and communication
- Design and deliver training programs for clients' Learning & Development programmes
- Prepare, run and follow up on workshops with an aim to build capabilities within the the clients' organisations
- Continue to develop our partner company’s client offerings
- Keep up-to-date on developments in the HR field, including changes in legislation, emerging trends, and best practices
Your Profile
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as an HR Consultant or in a similar advisory role
- High level of commitment, reliability and ability to think ahead
- Independent, careful and structured way of working with a strong sense for team collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to setup and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently while being able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication: clear and structured communication style with ability to adapt to different target audiences
- Strong service orientation
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite (focus on PowerPoint & Word)
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
