As the Office Manager & HR Administration at Sixt, you're not just managing desks and paper work – you're orchestrating a symphony of efficiency and enjoyment. From orchestrating seamless operations to serving as the reliable point of contact for stationery needs, you'll wear many hats, and possibly a party hat or two!

A day in the life of our Office Orchestrator:

  • Orchestrating the smooth functioning of office operations
  • Crafting an inviting and productive office environment, from supplies to infrastructure
  • Enabling swift and effective resolutions to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Partnering closely with HR to uphold and refine office policies in line with organizational goals
  • Collaborating seamlessly with IT counterparts to optimize technological solutions for the team
  • Safeguarding financial integrity through meticulous management of transactions and vendor relations
  • Strategically navigating contract negotiations and vendor relations to maximize value
  • Driving financial efficiency through comprehensive budget analysis and reporting
  • Extending a warm and personalized welcome to visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Guiding new hires through a seamless and engaging onboarding journey
  • Providing comprehensive support across various office-related tasks and inquiries
  • Serving as a conduit between the organization and facility management for seamless operations
  • Elevating corporate events and celebrations to memorable and impactful experiences
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in employee record keeping and benefits administration
  • Upholding adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of integrity and fairness

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
