- You'll be the point of contact for office, travel and admin matters.
- You'll manage visitors and organize internal company meetings.
- You'll be responsible for managing office equipments, supplies, snack and beverages.
- You'll be responsible for team building activities.
- You'll support on any other ad-hoc matters requested by HR or IT.
Your profile
Do you have the legal right to work in Germany?
Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in Germany without the need for visa sponsorship.
What will you need to be successful?
- One year of experience within office management or anohter administrative function
- Fluency in both English and German
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment What can make you an ideal candidate?
- Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and a sense of accountability
