How you make a difference

• As M365 Solutions Specialist Lead, you manage the DevOps team in a specialist capacity, and due to the size of the team (approx. 25 employees), you also take on various organizational tasks.
• You refine team processes, taking guidance from best practices, and are always open to different stakeholders' concerns.
• Working with the team and the cluster lead, you set objectives and key results (OKRs) and compile a roadmap establishing the technological focus for the coming years.
• You are responsible for the Power Platform, helping to develop it in collaboration with IT Architecture.
• In addition to your role as Specialist Lead, you are also involved in projects as an M365 business analyst or M365 engineer.
• You market M365 Solutions within the Group and advise Group units on their automation initiatives.
• You apply your methodological expertise to resolve conflicts of interest between the stakeholders in a solution-oriented way, promoting the long-term improvement of processes.
• Along with the P&T Lead, you identify skills that will be relevant to the M365 Solutions team in the future and use these to create individual development plans for team members.

What you have to offer

• You have several years of experience with Power Platform developments or SharePoint solutions as a business analyst, engineer, developer or solution architect.
