INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER

DHL Express Italy, the world's leading express and logistics company, part of the DHL Group, for the third consecutive year awarded Europe's No. 1 Great Place to Work, is looking for a resource to join the Human Resources Department asIndustrial Relations Manager.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Participate actively and independently in discussions at local and national level with trade unions on labour, contractual or organisational issues
• Manage the application of disciplinary procedures and represent the company in and out of court in labour disputes
• Participate in the resolution of labour law issues
• Support the investigation of labour disputes
• Collaborate in the application of Industrial Relations policies according to the company's organisational and strategic needs
• Managing relations with trade union organisations and ensuring the renewal of supplementary company contracts
• Verifying compliance with legal regulations on the various aspects of subordinate and para-subordinate labour relations
• Collaborate with external suppliers for the resolution of any problems related to labour relations and Industrial Relations (labour consultants, law firms, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic background in law (preferred) or economics
• Previous experience of at least 6 years in Industrial Relations
• Solid experience in autonomous management of trade union tables
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (at least 25% of the time), self-driven
• Good knowledge of the office package
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English (intermediate)
