Industrial/Labour Relations Manager*in (m/w/d)
Die Funktion des Industrial Relations (IR) Managers agiert als Teil des Teams von IR Deutschland (und Österreich/Wien) und wird als Expertenfunktion eng mit den lokalen und globalen HR Kollegen zusammenarbeiten. Der primäre Fokus dieser Position wird das Vorantreiben bestimmter standortspezifischer IR-Themen (Pharma) und die Beschleunigung von standortübergreifenden IR-Projekten mit hoher strategischer Relevanz im Hinblick auf das kollektive Arbeitsrecht sein.
Hauptaufgaben
- Konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Arten von Arbeitnehmervertretungen (Betriebsräte und deren Ausschüsse auf allen Ebenen, Wirtschaftsausschuss, Schwerbehindertenvertretung, etc.)
- Koordination bei der Erfüllung von Informations- und Konsultationspflichten
- Beratung von Führungskräften innerhalb Human Resources und des Linienmanagements in Fragestellungen des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts
- Erarbeitung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und Begleitung von Verhandlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitgeberverbänden und externen Kanzleien
- Begleitung von Projekten im kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Kontext (z.B. Organisationsänderungen, M&A)
- Ansprechpartner für internationale Stellen in kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung von kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Schulungen
- Unterstützung der Wahlen für Mitarbeitervertretungen
- Vermittlerfunktion bei Konflikten zwischen Management und Arbeitnehmervertretungen
- Begleitung von Verhandlungen über Interessenausgleich, Sozialplan, Überleitung/Ablösung von Beschäftigungsbedingungen
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht/Personal
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien in einem internationalen Konzern
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher (Muttersprachler- bzw. C2-Niveau), Englisch fließend
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit vielfältigen Schwerpunkten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten und dabei das Ziel nicht aus den Augen verlieren
- Fähigkeit, in einer Matrixorganisation zu arbeiten und aus vielfältigen Standpunkten eine gemeinsam getragene Lösung zu erarbeiten
- Souveränes und positives Auftreten
- Freude und Fähigkeit als Einzelperson, wie auch im Team zu arbeiten und ein tragfähiges Netzwerk aufzubauen
