Your Mission: Maintaining relations to employee representatives is vital in promoting a positive work environment by fostering positive and value creating relationships between the employer and employee representation, expressed by works councils or interest groups. The main expected outcome is to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory conditions and to contribute to a four and productive work environment where everyone can thrive.
Your tasks
You ensure that the company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core values and objectives
You act in the best interest of stakeholders and adhere to legal and regulatory conditions
You oversee and manage the relationship with employee representatives, specifically works councils
You consult the leadership team in terms of co-determination in all relevant aspects
You drive negotiations related to labor matters aimed at achieving acceptable agreements
You define an employee relations strategy and implement it accordingly
You gather employee and leadership feedback to develop impactful measures supporting business interests in alignment with employee representation
Your Profile

You have experience and/or a degree in Human Resources or similar
You have an understanding of German labour law and related co-determination aspects
You are a great communicator who can build strong and trusted relationships with different stakeholder groups
