ABOUT THE ROLE
- The mission for the Head of ICT is to develop a reliable and scalable ICT team, enabling fast-paced growth for NUMA while ensuring stable consistent systems are operative in all properties
- Build and manage a strong pool of external partners to be able to quickly respond and consistently manage numas ICT infrastructure in the entire portfolio
- Control, monitor and optimise the opening and running costs of our ICT infrastructure
- Stay innovative and constantly strive to optimise our ICT offerings through researching trends/ technological advances and new guest needs
- Build a high-performance ICT team, measured by ICT defect rates/ Wifi stability/backup code usage/ speed of ticket responses/ etc
