Head of Finance Operations (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Finance Operations, including accounts receivable and payable and cash management
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Key requirements:
- Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in handling accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to lead a finance team, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in German and English: Effective communication is crucial in our international work environment.
Preferred skills:
- Real Estate Industry Experience: A plus if you have prior experience in the real estate sector.
- SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems to streamline financial operations.
