• Leitung und Steuerung der strategischen und operativen Ausrichtung des Event-Bereichs sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
• Entwicklung strategischer und kreativer Eventkonzepte für diverse Veranstaltungsformate, von Großveranstaltungen bis zu Community-Events, Messen(-stände) sowie Studio- und Livestream-Produktionen
• Einbindung in die Marketing-Strategie und -kommunikation unserer Kunden sowie eine perfekte Orchestrierung von Zuschauerevents unserer Esports-Ligen
• Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Qualitätskontrolle und abschließende Evaluierung der Projekte
• Koordination und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit der Projektstakeholder, von internen Fachabteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und Partnern

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von Events, sowie mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, in der Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen mit dem Fokus Events für nationale und internationale Kunden oder Unternehmen
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Event, BWL, WiWi, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem geisteswissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit Bezug zu Project-Organisation und Live-Communication und/oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in fachnahen Agenturbereichen (Event, Werbung, Sponsoring, Sportmarketing, etc.)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Eventkonzeption, Planung und -Umsetzung sowie profundes Verständnis von Eventmarketing- und Livemarketing-Aktivitäten
• Fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse besonders im Bereich Project-Controlling, Angebotsmanagement und Abschlussberichte
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word und Outlook) und Projektmanagement-Tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Erfolgreiche Referenzen in der Durchführung von Events, Messen oder anderen Veranstaltungen, präferiert mit anspruchsvoller Technik und aufwändigem Messebau sowie aufregendem Content- und Unterhaltungsprogramm bei mindestens 6-stelliger Budgetverantwortung
• Durch deine Erfahrung verfügst du über ein gutes Netzwerk an Dienstleistern im Bereich Messebau, Event-Technik, Netzwerk-Technik und ggf. Ticketing
• Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent mit einer eigenständigen, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsstärke, ein gewinnendes Auftreten sowie eine gesunde Portion Humor, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, andere zu begeistern

• Completed studies in events, business administration, business administration, marketing, communication sciences or a humanities degree with reference to project organization and live communication and / or completed training in specialist agency areas (events, advertising, sponsoring, sports marketing, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of Event conception, planning and implementation as well as a profound understanding of Event marketing and live marketing activities
• Founded commercial knowledge, especially in the area of project controlling, offer management and final reports
• You have very good knowledge of English and German, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)

• Successful references in the implementation of Events, trade fairs or other events, preferred with sophisticated technology and complex exhibition construction as well as exciting content and entertainment programs with at least 6-digit budget responsibility
• Thanks to your experience, you have a good network of service providers in the field of exhibition stand construction, event technology, network technology and, if necessary, ticketing
