We are looking for a Head of Commercial Enablement to lead Bolt Food's global Commercial Enablement organisation and be a key member of the Bolt Food's Global Merchant team. The team's mission is to constantly increase our commercial activities efficiency and effectiveness by taking ownership of the lead sourcing, commercial analytics and CRM setup for the whole Commercial Team. To achieve its goals, the team works closely with a diverse set of HQ stakeholders and the local teams.
The Commercial function is responsible for growing our Active Merchants selection on Bolt Food — restaurants & merchants that sell food to our platform users. Our goal is to sign up as many Merchants as we can, to have a wide and diverse selection, while also establishing long-term beneficial relationships for both sides. We strive to be the best partner for all of the merchants operating their business on Bolt's platforms.

As the Head of Commercial Enablement, you will be accountable for the long-term vision, structure, and strategy of the function. Your responsibilities will include managing the Sales leads sourcing, the global CRM (Salesforce) setup, commercial teams enablement and global migration to a new CRM for over 200 people. On top of that you will be leading the HQ team and their projects roadmap directly.
We expect you to be a leader capable of executing and driving change through people that may or may not report directly to you. For that you should be an expert in stakeholder management, as you will collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis. You also possess strong commercial and analytical skills and apply them to face business challenges, using data-driven approaches to problem solving. And finally, you have to be able to translate strategy & planning into action and execution, enabling and ensuring success for the local Sales teams.
Developing and implementing a lead sourcing framework for Bolt Food that includes segmentation strategy, prioritization, and competitive intelligence. Provide long-term vision and build a solid culture within the Commercial Excellence global team. Consider market trends and particularities, overall business goals and direction, and competitive landscape to build a high-performance culture Acting as the CRM owner for the Bolt Food's commercial teams and enabling 200+ team work on Salesforce CRM. You will also be responsible for building and developing the team, as well as providing ongoing support and development of the CRM. Scalability. Develop the long-term vision of leads data layer & commercial team's CRM setup for all local teams in over 18 markets, ensure high adoption & efficient processes for the teams. Stakeholder management. Align and closely collaborate with other Commercial functions, and HQ and Local teams (Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, Legal, Marketing, Regional & Country teams). Project planning and management. Lead or collaborate in the core projects of the function, ensuring maximum impact at optimal effort, in a coordination with other Commercial functions. Work and travel to local markets in order to improve both our customers' success globally as well our growth and profitability. Plan, hire, and manage smart, engaged & hardworking global and local teams.
6+ years experience in B2B product development or building up Commercial Operations, preferably in digital marketplaces and highly competitive industries. 4+ years experience in leadership and team management roles. Experience in recruiting, coaching and building early stage teams. You have a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, how to optimize these and report effectively. You have the ability to take complex processes and data sets, and turn these into actionable insights and create positive change. Outstanding interpersonal skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners. Experienced and knowledgeable in sales operations, with an extensive background of delivering projects in lead generation, CRM, sales process, sales training and sales enablement. A master of strategy, able to identify opportunities, guide country teams and drive a business to improve. Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow. BSc in Engineering / Business Management / Mathematics / Logistics. MBA will give you bonus points, but is not a must. A leader, who can motivate a regional team, manage different cultures and needs of your reports. Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems. You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well. Excellent communication & written skills in English. Availability totravel across different markets throughout Europe & Africa.
