About the Role
At Mitai, we’re acutely aware that the current standard in EMC compliance heavily relies on classical CAD systems, which are still far away from the advanced capabilities of digital twins. As an Electronics Engineer, your role will be to boost the creation of digital technologies to bridge this gap. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is not just following the trends but is actively working to redefine them in a practical and impactful way. As an Electronics Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of the new automated solution.
In your new role, you will …
- Open the doors to the electronics universe to the Software team and guide them smoothly through the different connecting elements
- Design printed circuit boards (PCB) and test them to verify their functionality and extract relevant data to develop a cutting-edge digital solution
- Help customers solve their Electromagnetic Compatibility issues by analyzing their designs and performing pre-compliance and compliance tests
- Spread the word about Mitai by designing, building, and testing use cases and creating technical documentation for the Sales and Marketing teams
You will succeed in the role because …
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering
- You have proven experience in Hardware Design, with a strong focus on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
- You master concepts such as impedance control, skew, or signal termination
- Altium and/or KiCAD are your natural space
- You have experience with electronic measurement tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, Spectrum Analyzers (SA) and Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- You have experience with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
- You have been in EMC laboratories for pre-compliance or compliance, troubleshooting problems to pass the tests
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing complex projects
- You are willing to get your hands dirty by building and testing electronic systems
