As an Customer Success Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for taking ownership of landlord education and enhancing the success of our newly acquired landlords on the platform. In this role, you will leverage your strategic mindset to achieve results through close collaboration with landlords and other internal teams, playing a crucial role in our ongoing growth and landlord education initiatives.
YOUR MISSION
- Own the landlord education and listing improvements optimisation guaranteeing a great and dynamic listings base that drives exponential company growth.
- Use data to identify priorities and design the best solutions to maximize our landlords' success on the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and execute initiatives focused on landlord education.
- Lead our listing quality improvements efforts, delivering personalized recommendations and implementing solutions that reach a wider audience.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor for our landlords by providing targeted support, addressing landlord queries and offering personalised advice on the booking process and platform functionality.
- Help our landlords succeed on the platform, by taking over their education program and hosting frequent webinars and events meant to provide best-practices and increase their listing visibility.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, account management, or a similar field.
- You have proven experience in owning and improving a part of a stakeholder journey.
- Additionally, you bring a deep understanding of customer needs, a reflective mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement, allowing you to employ analytical and creative problem-solving skills to provide valuable assistance and ensure Customer Success.
- You are an exceptional multitasker who can handle a fast pace, juggle multiple projects at once and prioritise different tasks based on impact.
- You possess excellent writing skills and verbal communication and professional working proficiency in German and English.
