Your experience
- Empathetic listener and great at building relationships that focuses on understanding customer wants and needs to find win-win solutions.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and engage with technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- 3+ years of customer facing experience in a client success/support/ sales role (experience in logistics is a plus).
- Customer obsessed and willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges in a collaborative and flexible manner.
- Highly autonomous and confident at thriving in a 100% remote environment. (We know it’s not for everybody so please consider carefully if it’s right for you).
- Fluent in English - An additional language to business proficiency is a bonus - the more the merrier!
Your responsibilities
- You will coach customers and manage their expectations and timelines, as well as providing expert input related to their collaboration with Aeler.
- You’ll handle both simple and complex client enquiries or situations and closely collaborate with our Product team to solve them.
- You’ll help us to develop and maintain our market knowledge and contribute to operational process improvements that will enable us to achieve an awesome operational environment.
- We’re looking for you to stretch us and yourself to find new and better ways of working and solving problems for our customers while supporting our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- You’ll be an expert in the customer journey and will provide feedback to the Product team based on your customer insights.
