Customer Service (f/m/d)

As Customer service you will be in close alignment with our customers, internal stakeholders and external partners to develop the best possible plan of order execution. As a team we manage upcoming changes and avoid stock outs. In his role you will report to Supply Chain Manager & Customer Service Head.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independent management of Customer Service activities (order management, complaints, dunning, forecasting ...) according to internal guidelines and customer requirements
• Measurement and monitoring of Customer Service KPIs
• Proactive communication with customers and business partners - timely processing and response to inquiries; well-structured and solution-oriented communication
• Inventory optimization of store supply (handling rush orders, avoiding shortage in supply ... )
• Alignment with all involved stakeholders, such as Freight forwarding agent, Planning, Logistics, Customs

Role Requirements
• Finished high school diploma, general education degree or similar with at least 3 years of work experience OR university degree with no experience
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of English
• MS-Office experience
• Team player with a structural and pragmatic working style with a high degree of flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and good communication skills

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 33,488 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications. We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
