You want to help customers and act as a trustful point of contact? You are looking to use your knowledge and experience to help customers and Sciex to further develop a strong partnership?
The Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. You may provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to Customer Service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team and will be located in Darmstadt/greater Frankfurt with a hybrid working arrangement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• process Consumables and Software orders and quotations for EMEA
• Update customers on delivery
• Collating information and documents for customer questionnaires
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Completed education and/or trainings in economical areas
• First experience working with Salesforce and Oracle
• Fluency in German and English plus one further language (Italian, Spanish or French)
It would be a plus if you possess previous experience in a customer contact/order administration role in a fast changing sales environment
