Your responsibilities
- First point of contact for all challenges that customers of our client are facing
- Answering questions about our customer's subscription models
- Advice via ticket system, by e-mail or telephone
- Constant process improvement
Your profile
- You are fluent in Dutch and have good Englisch language skills
- You are service- and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
- Preferrably, you have already gained experience in a customer facing role
- You are a teamplayer and know how to organize and structure yourself
