# Customer Advise

• Recording, analyzing, coordinating, and further processing of customer orders
• Providing customer support via both telephone and e-mail
• Ensuring the agreed service quality
• Maintenance of the EETS online portals
• First-level support

# Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the 1st level support workflow.
• Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements that contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
• Actively support and adhere to quality assurance processes to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

# Knowledge Sharing

• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the entire team stays updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and customer requirements.
• Contribute to creating knowledge base articles to help customers and team members troubleshoot common issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries

# Qualification

• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and German and/or Dutch and/or Polish
• Experience in Customer Service, sales is beneficial
• Effective communication capabilities
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Working as active team pleaser onsite and remote
• Prior experience in the toll industry is beneficial
• Prior experience in Customer Service function is beneficial
