Tasks
- Address TMT sector challenges and opportunities, crafting and executing a targeted marketing and Business Development plan to enhance client relationships, secure new business, and elevate the firm's global standing.
- Develop and oversee compelling credentials, proposals, and pitches for rapid bid responses, strategic panels, and other opportunities.
Produce sector-specific content, campaigns, and events, along with directory and award submissions to engage key clients and bolster practitioner and firm reputations. - Utilize technology for trend analysis, client development, relationship tracking, and initiative evaluation.
- Forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders and MBD colleagues to foster a cohesive global team approach.
- Provide agile and responsive service, emphasizing collaboration and skill appreciation.
- Contribute to BD process enhancements, offering coaching, knowledge sharing, and data input to centralized systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Over 5 years of experience in professional environments (legal, accountancy, technology, consultancy, corporates)
- Exceptional teamworking and collaboration abilities, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Proficient in multitasking and project management, adept at handling multiple deadlines and evolving project criteria with resilience.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a desire to evolve into a comprehensive Business Development professional.
- Demonstrated capability to function within cross-border, virtual teams on global projects.
- Fluency in German and English
