Working Student – Support Project Management And Quality Assurance

You will support our department in Project Management and internal Quality Assurance. As part of this, we support overarching projects in Project Management and form the interface to all other operational project units. We offer you exciting and creative tasks in an international environment. You will also gain a comprehensive insight into the process Management and Quality Assurance of a leading global development company in the automotive industry.

Your Tasks:

• Familiarization with the methods and processes of Project Management
• Supporting the department's Project Management system
• Optimization and digitalization of internal work processes
• Project support (e.g. presentations and documentation)
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations and process documentation
• Supporting the project manager in organizational processes
• Process support in the area of P4E

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of German and English

• High degree of creativity and structured work
• Independence and reliability
• Ability to work in a team
• Affinity with the automotive industry
• Interest in Project Management
