MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Coordinate the training and development activities for the sales area to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential.

- Fine tune sales force automation project and it’s implementation.
- Drive commercial excellence and its accreditation process.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training and/or sales management experience in healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field/or any equivalent.
