MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Coordinate the training and development activities for the sales area to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fine tune sales force automation project and it’s implementation.
  • Drive commercial excellence and its accreditation process.
  • Assess affiliate training needs, develop and execute action plans.

  • Determines project/assignment requirements by breaking them down into tasks and identifying types of equipment, materials, and people needed.

  • Allocates appropriate amounts of time for completing own and others’ work; avoids scheduling conflicts; develops timelines and milestones.

  • Takes advantage of available resources (individual, processes, departments, and tools) to complete work efficiently; coordinates with internal and external partners.

  • Uses time efficiently and prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training and/or sales management experience in healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field/or any equivalent.
