Anfrage
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- 4+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HRrole
- Applied knowledge of labor laws and statutes for employmentwith understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HRprinciples, practices and standards
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work inchanging environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability toassess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previousexperience
- Demonstrated experience with coaching employees andmanagement through complex and difficult issues
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaboratewith all levels of the organization and positively influence teams
