We are currently hiring a bilingual (french/english) Service Desk Technicien to support of our clients based out of Geneve, Switzerland.
Tasks
You will join a human size and growing team located in Geneva (CH), Lyon (FR), Sofia (BG) and Beijing (CN).
Reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor, you will be a key player in providing the high-level support given to our users for our client Headquarters located in Geneva.
To succeed in your mission, you will be supported by our worldwide IS Team.
The main tasks will be related to the following areas:
- Provide L1/L2 support to our users in an international environment, including the Top Management of the Group, and operation users
- Manage local IS material (computers, phones, printers, meeting rooms, access control, accessories...)
- Management of newcomers / purchase and delivery of hardware / maintenance of standards and lifecycles / training
- Offer support for some company events (Annual General Assembly, Townhalls...)
- Write and keep updated the operational procedures
- Being occasionally involved in IS projects (Worldwide)
Requirements
- University degree in IT System & Network engineering
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in User Support (including VIP)
- Service provider mentality and solution oriented
- Great IT skills combined with a good business understanding
- Knowledge of end-user systems (Microsoft Windows, M365,...) and Infrastructure (networks, servers, security management...)
- Knowledge of IS M365 administration tools such as Endpoint, Azure Active Directory, Teams
- Fluency in English and French is a must, any other language a plus
- User orientation, good communication skills and pedagogy are mandatory
Bonus point if you have:
- IT certification such as Microsoft Office Specialist would be a plus
- Experience using ServiceNow would be a plus
