KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support M&A transactions including assisting with due diligence activity and related analysis
- Research market, industry, company-specific trends and dynamics
- Perform financial analysis and prepare business models using various valuation techniques (discounted cash flow analysis, public company multiples, transaction multiples)
- Prepare material for executive team reviews and reports
- Work both independently and in teams
- Build a network of internal relationships with a broad cross-section of the organization, and leverage organizational knowledge, resources, and expertise
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience with a preference in financial or M&A due diligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and personal integrity
- Fluent in German and English required
