AdresseCognizant is looking for a Sales Executive (d/f/m) for Quality Engineering and Assurance (QE&A) to join our team. We're offering a generous salary and benefits package for the right candidate. You'll join a larger sales team in Germany focused on growing the QE&A business, thereby growing our reputation as a leader in data and AI with our customers.
As a Sales Executive in Quality Engineering and Assurance, you will create sales strategies and plans for the client partners’ review and incorporation into the broader client strategy and plan. You'll enable our clients to take advantage of our expertise and Intellectual Property in QE&A.
To give you an idea of how this Sales Executive role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
• Provide subject matter expertise to proposal development and overall solution
• Execute and manage the account plan within the QE&A function/specialism under the guidance of the Client Partner
• Day-to-day management of overall relationships in your area, program risks, issues, conflicts, priorities, communications, etc.
• Engage the relevant internal Cognizant teams and service lines team for developing solutions
To apply for this Quality Engineering and Assurance role, you will need 10 years of experience in a senior-level consulting client-facing role or account manager role. You will also require:
• Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s)Excellent track record in consulting-led sales for QE&A offerings
• Understanding of trends in testing and quality assurance, especially in newer offerings like Cloud Platform Assurance, Continuous Automation and Testing, Robotic Test Automation, SMART Verification and Validation, and Customer Experience Assurance
• Knowledge of Cloud-native solutions and services from Hyperscalers
• Ability to build client relationships and grow partnerships by focusing on exceptional client experience
• Fluency in German and in English as a business language
