Job Description
As the main contact for customers, you will be responsible for :
- Welcome and ensure customer satisfaction (physical and telephone welcoming)
- Post and control the various operations relating to the customer's stay, in compliance with procedures.
- Inform customers about the hotel services
- Check and close your cash register at the end of the shift
- Respond to information requests from various departments
- Inform your hierarchy of any "abnormal" situation
- Handle telephone calls
What are we looking for?
You have an excellent presentation, organized and rigorous, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You have a perfect French and English (a third language a plus).
You have experience in reception or customer relations.
