Contract Type: Permanent - part-time Description:Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einer enthusiastischen und dynamischen Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unserer Rezeption auf 35% Basis. Die Arbeitsschichten sind jeweils 5 Stunden am Montagnachmittag, Dienstagmorgen und Freitagnachmittag. Die Rezeption wird höchstwahrscheinlich mit einer anderen Firma geteilt und Arbeitszeiten beginnen um 8 Uhr – 18 Uhr.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
- Erste Anlaufstelle für alle externen Besucher, Partner und weltweiten Arbeitskollegen von La Prairie Group.
- Vermittlung von eingehenden Anrufen und Entgegenahme von Mitteilungen.
- Rechnungsbearbeitungen und Erstellung von Reports.
- Organisation von Blumensträußen für Jubiläums und andere Anlässe.
- Verwaltung von interner Post sowie Kurierdienstleistungen.
- Bestellen von Taxis für La Prairie Mitarbeitende und externe Gäste.
- Beantwortung/Weiterleitung von Mails.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
- Administrative Berufserfahrung, idealerweise an der Rezeption oder mit intensiven Kundenkontakt.
- Fließende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, französisch- und italienisch von Vorteil.
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse.
- Erfahrung in der Luxusindustrie oder Luxushotels.
- Gute Umgangsformen und exzellenten Kundenservice.
- Representative Persönlichkeit, aufgeschlossen, freundlich und flexibel.
