We are looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Specialist at the ABB Operations Centre Europe in Ostrava. In this position, you will work on interesting global projects in a smaller team and will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and configuration of the system. An integral part of the work will be daily communication in English with customers from all over the world. Your responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis and reporting, creation of dashboards, ad-hoc reports
• KPI monitoring, deviation reporting
• Quality Department Tool Management, Superuser Role
• Consideration of the accuracy and completeness of data
• Management of internal documentation, document management

Your background

• Secondary school/university education
• You speak English at the level of everyday communication (B1 and above)
• You have analytical skills
• You can work well with Excel
• Experience with reporting tools, PowerBI is an advantage
• Experience in process improvement is an advantage
