While project management for major projects is the primary focus, additional tasks will be added to support both this customer and others in the best possible way.As the role is new, there is an opportunity to shape it gradually in dialogue with your manager and influence the direction in which you want to develop. You will report to the regional service manager within Energy Industries.We are looking for someone who wants to be the face outward and be present both on the customer site and among your colleagues. To succeed in the role, good communication skills are necessary. Furthermore, we believe that you are a good listener while also seeking someone who can advocate for their case.

Your responsibilities

• Follow-up with the contract management organization
• Handle administrative tasks in our contract and service systems
• Act as a cohesive link between the customer and ABB
• Responsible for safety procedures at the customer's site
• Interpret and continuously follow up on the contract with stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Technical Account Manager
• Project manage other assignments for other customers when needed

Your background

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in coordinating larger projects
• Technical interest is advantageous
• Experience in contract management
• Good knowledge of customer management and selling value-added services
• Familiarity with handling uncertainty in projects through active risk management with other team members
