In your new role you will:
- Effectively execute a wide variety of strategic and tactical objectives assigned
- Provide operational and strategic value to the leadership team across multiple initiatives
- Seamlessly manage coordination of meetings, and deliverables across projects, multiple locations, and time zones
- Prepare both routine and confidential spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other complex documents in Microsoft Office Suite; Research and aggregate/consolidate information into summary reports for leadership
- Organize a repository of documents, meeting notes, and action items leveraging SharePoint and Confluence
- Ghostwrite industry content for publication, internal company communication, and specific technical marketing material
- Lead internal teams related to niche projects
- Influence and facilitate business leaders to drive strategic initiatives & ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks
- Report, analyze, and translate data into key insights that drive strategic decision making
- Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, innovative thinking, and process improvement day to day
- Prepare and present clear, concise, and relevant information in PPT format that advances the dialogue and enables decisions making
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with internal customers, peers, and management
- Demonstrate very high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, word, spreadsheets & collaboration tools ( SharePoint, Confluence etc.)
- Demonstrate a very structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail & very organized
- Demonstrates high level of quality work and attendance
- Additional duties as assigned as it relates to the position
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Pursuing a Master's in Engineering Management or Tech Management
- IT Project Management experience
- Experience working with teams and/or co-op experience
- Recently graduated and/or have first experience in a professional role
- Fluent language skills in English
- Local or willing to relocate to El Segundo, CA for 6-12 months

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $19.00 per hour
Maximum of $35.00 per hour
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
