Ready to be an important part of our repower team as a Project Coordinator?
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of a wind energy repower project. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating logistics, and assisting the site execution team in various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Are You Looking to:
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to support successful project execution from start to finish?
- Provide on-site administrative support focusing on organization of project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence?
- Ensure that all project-related documents are accurately labeled, filed, and archived for easy retrieval?
- Enter project data into tracking systems or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information?
- Assist DWT technicians and subcontractors with all service orders, timesheets, and proper reporting of prevailing wage and apprenticeship hours?
Are You Ready to:
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate logistics for project activities, including on-site meetings, travel arrangements, and equipment deliveries.
- Arrange accommodations and transportation for project personnel and visitors as needed.
- Track inventory of office supplies, equipment, and materials and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Enter project data into tracking systems or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and key performance indicators for review by project management.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
- Willingness to relocate (temporary) as required for each project site location.
- Valid Drivers License
