AdresseFor our Vascular Division, we are recruiting a Marketing Project Coordinator EMEA to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support coordination of Marketing Projects (e.g. trade shows, internal events, training sessions, communication campaigns) from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality and compliance standards.
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and more, to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.
Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage common internal tools and platforms including SharePoint, Outlook, Sales Enablement Tools.
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Support with planning and arranging external and internal meetings including logistics and travel arrangements.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, advertising
Previous experience in marketing coordination or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience using data analytics software and Office package
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated excellence in project management, cross-functional teamwork and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
Team player
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
Fluent in English, additional language is an asset
