- Develop vision and roadmapfor the collision launch operations based on business need and forecastedimpact, with respective sub-projects and target timelines
- Lead team responsible forday to day support of initial collision repairs and act as the point of contactfor field escalations. Continuously drive for improvement and efficiencies
- Develop strategy to scale upoperations as we expand deliveries and repair facilities.
- Partner with Engineering toprovide feedback on escalations and field countermeasures.
- Identify KPIs to trackprogress and success, partner with Business Analytics to develop reportingsuite for tracking and insights
- Provide clear updates onprogram status and recovery plans at both working and executive level
- Travel to field, engineering, or operationsoffices as need
Anfrage
- Engineering or Businessdegree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience inautomotive service industry or quality department, managingprograms/projects, leading teams
- Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism. Effective communicator across all levels of theorganization: from hourly employees to executives
- Evidence baseddecision-making skills, creative thinker with the ability to resolve criticalproblems quickly and independently, willingness to be onsite and hands-on, asneeded
- Solid foundation andpractice in change management principles, methodologies and tools (ie Jira,Confluence, etc)
- Ability to operate in anambiguous and fast paced environment, must think on your feet, and love solvingproblems.
- Be a good listener.Understand that every interaction you have with your stakeholders can providevaluable data.
