Your duties and responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer care, facing any challenge head-on. We take full responsibility for our customers and always strive to find satisfactory solutions to their issues.
- Demonstrating a results-oriented approach in managing projects, programs, and multi-projects.
- Coordinating activities across projects to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Effectively managing stakeholders and meeting customer expectations.
- Overseeing project resources and coordinating cross-team efforts using indirect authority.
- Developing, administering, and executing projects and programs.
- Supervising and guiding project team members to achieve successful outcomes.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, quality assurance, and other relevant documents.
- Handling project scope, change, and risk management effectively.
- Balancing requirements in terms of time, budget and quality
- Managing escalations with proficiency.
- Facilitating the transfer of project-based knowledge to our project management community.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of SEEBURGER's project management approach.
- Providing support during the sales/presales phase and project initialization.
Your profile:
- You will be based in Germany
- Possess exceptional communication and writing skills, with extensive experience using project management tools like JIRA, Plan.IO, or MS-Project.
- Previous experience in managing IT projects, and certifications in SCRUM, PMP, or other project management processes would be advantageous.
- Understand the significance of detailed guidance in creating successful outcomes.
- Soft-skills: Presentation, moderation confident appearance
- Language skills: English (B2) and German
- Relevant work experience for 2-5 years
The technical knowhow listed below will help you to be a successful SEEBURGER Project Manager:
Experience with different integration patterns and domains, including API integration, IoT integration, and B2B integration.
Knowledge of (EDI) standards such as EDIFACT, ODETTE, VDA, ANSIX.12, XML, JSON structures, and internal data formats like SAP IDoc.
Familiarity with the integration environment and industry-specific process knowledge, e.g., logistics, order-to-cash, payment processes, purchase-to-pay, eCommerce, etc.
Understanding of communication protocols, such as EDIINT AS2, X.400/P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, MQTT, mail, and ERP interfaces, including SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS, or Navision.Confident handling of standard MS Office applications.
