About the Team

The Workday Brand Team builds the vision, direction, and guidance for the Workday brand identity and the embodiment of the brand both internally and externally across all touch points. The Team does this by developing and defining guidelines for the overarching brand (both visually and verbally) and multifaceted brand guides. We provide brand education to both internal and external audiences. We run all brand assets, tools, and resources (logo, templates, font, color libraries, icons, illustrations). The team also provides guidance and answers brand requests from all workmates, customers, partners, and global agencies. We also take on projects from large to small on a daily basis and manage acquisition rebranding, naming, and strategy. We also work with the Product UX team to unify processes and creative resources and help them in discovery phases of our product personality profile and design principles. We do all of this ensuring the Workday’s brand expression stays true to our brand platform, company purpose and core values.

About the Role

Workday is looking for a hard-working mid-level Brand Program Manager who will focus on a wide range of brand related requests and initiatives. They will serve as project management support globally, assisting with managing all incoming brand requests. Additionally, this individual will help to maintain distribution channels and must have a good design eye to help facilitate brand queries and implementation.

This individual is one of the main points of contact for brand issue and requests. The role is highly cross-functional and requires excellent project management & communication skills. The Program Manager must be an organized individual who can multi-task and adopt the Workday can-do attitude and spirit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review designs with ADs to ensure they adhere to Workday brand guidelines.
  • Respond to Brand emails the day of receipt, and work with relevant colleagues towards resolving requests in a timely manner.
  • Enter approved project requests in Workfront and track completion.
  • Maintain Workday Brand assets
  • Participate in Brand group strategy discussions to enhance brand enablement for our Workmates.
  • Manage Canva Brand audit, create education implementation of Canva learning module project, and manage templates.
  • Assist in managing Brand Refresh.
  • Assist with brand education scheduling and registration of WW agencies.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Branding program management experience

Other Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of brand systems and guidelines
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Strong creative side, ready to flex your design muscle
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Program/project management
  • Passion for Branding and creative
  • Bachelors Degree in related field

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
