Partner with service centers to ensurecompliance and customer escalations are handled timely with local service.
Collaborate with HQ Body Shop team todrive system improvements or other process related items.
Assist local service in managingperformance for body shop indicators related to quality, time and cost.
Support with insurance claims as neededor provide information to local service when customer experience is impacted.
Build strong working relationships withkey partners to gather vital feedback and data that can be used to make toappropriate revisions when needed.
Work closely with EHS teams to certifycompliance to locations across respective country, also ensuring legislationchanges are acted upon when related to processes.

Anfrage
+5 years of Body Repair shop managementor Insurance Automotive Claims management experience. Direct Repair InsuranceProgram management a plus.
Experience in technical program orproject management or audit related functions.
Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written.
Proven experience coordinating betweentechnical and non-technical team members effectively.
Works well under pressure and can manageconflicting priorities.
Ability to work cross-functionally andmanage large teams across multiple time zones.
Proficient knowledge in repairestimating systems such as Audatex, Ultramate.
Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
Ability to travel as needed.
