It’s an exciting time to join the Strategic Commercial Transformation Programme at AXA UK. We’re looking for a talented individual to join the growing team as a Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst. The Blueprint programme is built upon the foundation of transformational changes to the Commercial Operating Model that will deliver the planned GWP, loss ratio and expense ratio benefits committed to in our strategic business plan. These changes will be delivered through a combination of process, people, organisation and technology change that will come together to embody the new operating model.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
- Support the PMO Lead in ensuring Blueprint is delivered in line with agreed AXA UK&I project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Undertake various activities relating to the Blueprint Governance Boards including coordinating, and assuring a high quality of data is presented, outputs are captured and pro-actively managed
- Assist with the standardisation of processes and tools to ensure a consistent quality
- Ensure management, tracking, visibility, and provision of a reporting capability via an automated tool
- Support in ensuring a managed register of programme risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Support the PMO Lead in ensuring Blueprint implement an effective change request process that supports an Agile delivery
- Support the PMO Manager in ensuring the programme is set up for audits
- Review tools being used across the programme to ensure they are fit for purpose and providing recommendations for improvement where needed

What we’re looking for:
- Delivery focused with clear drive and the ability to work independently
- Experience of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and preparing and analysing data for presentation to senior stakeholders
- Inquisitive and challenging to ensure robustness of output
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Time management skills to deliver against tight deadlines
- Experience in Jira preferable but not essential
- Experience of the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Previous PMO experience in an Agile environment preferred
- Understanding of the general insurance market
